chicken baked quesadillas Recipe
2 Boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 small can ortega green chiles rinsed

4 flour tortillas or whole wheat

salsa and guacamole

Preheat oven to 350 f. Put boneless breasts in baking dish bake 20 min. Add breast to food processor and shred or chop fine combine chicken, cheese,ranch dressing, and chiles in a bowl. mix and divide mixture between each tortilla. fold in half to seal.Place quesadillas on a baking shett and bake 15 min. serve garnished with salsa or guacamole. enjoy!
